Payment can be made by UK bank cheque, cash or sterling travellers cheque.

Riding Conditions:

You must inform the stables when booking of any illness or previous injury that may affect your Riding Ability. Although we take all reasonable care and precautions you must accept that riding is a risk sport. Forgemill River Ranch accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the liability arising from an accident. Clients are advised to ensure they have personal accident insurance cover for equestrian activities. Please... DO NOT OVERSTATE YOUR RIDING ABILITY.

Cancellations:

There is always a possibility of you having to cancel or postpone your holiday. Please therefore ensure you arrange your own cancellation insurance.

TERMS

 1.  A 50% non refundable deposit paid at the time of booking

 2.  Balance to be paid six weeks before the holiday commences

 3.  We reserve the right to change the program due to adverse weather or other conditions   

       beyond our control.

In the interest of our horse's welfare there is a weight limit of 12.5 stone /175Ilb /80k
